Hello dear Anna Marciniak

Here is the first video for our new section. My intention was to take Apreeto into the arena to work with him. But it came different. He did not want to go there, as a matter of fact, he did not even wanted to leave the stable because I would normally feed them the morning feed at that time. 😂

So I decided I will start the session there and have the intention to go out with him to search for and fetch Rosie. I noticed that I am still moving very fast in a way, there is a part in this video where he actually starts to move out of the stable and I instead of stopping and acknowledging move ahead to attend to the task.

At the end of the video, he actually moves with me and he did come with me to fetch Rosie. We find Rosie in a surprising spot and I called out to her in delight and Apreeto did the same. Then he powered ahead to catch up with her. Job well done, Apreeto. George was following us all the time and so we all walked back to eat breakfast in unison. How beautiful it was

Anna Marciniak Hello Petra Webstein, I love this session and what followed afterwards. The essence of our Thanking for Saying NO experience is to free you from the idea, that when the horse is not responding in a way you wish or expected, your attitude, emotions and energy should change. The essence of this exercise is that no matter what happens, you can remain light, happy and positive – thanking for whatever comes, and still see how the nature supports your goals to be realized. Please observe your emotions and sensations coming from the body when you wish something to happen, and then the horse is not following this – which parts of the body tense? How this tension feels? How long does it last? When it appears smaller? There still must be some sort of a tension, that makes you quick and too focused on the task and less responsive to what is really happening, therefore my wish is for us to detect it and release it ❤️❤️❤️😘

Petra Webstein Thank you Anna Marciniak for your wise comment. Yes, lets discover even more the tensions that make me focused on the task hence lessens my responivity. So coooooooooooooooolllllllll <3Just love it
