It was funny today, I felt like a clown in a circus but it felt that George actually liked it. By expressing my emotions and relaying what I wanted expressing through my body, George actually got it. You are right, it becomes fun to do this

Feeling of being a clown is good, we seek moments when our mind is SURPRISED with our actions, the moments when you cannot believe what you are actually doing, yet you enjoy it. These are the moments of stepping outside of the known-zone and moving into the new. Whenever you see any of your horses expressing any Calming Signals, also take a break and do exactly the same Calming signal yourself dear Petra – so when George is shaking off, you take few steps back and shake off yourself, wait a minute or two in Calmness, and then BACK TO ACTING WITH EVEN MORE / BIGGER ENGAGEMENT!!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Whenever George shows the weenie out, it is a sign that your excitement was too big, but you can see how with the EMOTIONS OUT EXPERIENCE it was each time also disappearing quickly – it only shows how great and deeply effective this experience is in releasing the tensions! Anyway, whenever you see the weenie coming out – try relaxing your stomach and guts in the BEST and WORST WAY and releasing all the tensions from acting even more intensively (without limits from the body), we actually seek the moments in which your neighbors would have taken out their phones and started recording you!!! ๐Ÿ˜‚ โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Good that I know German (understand but don’t speak, so I could truly be there together with the two of you โค๏ธ). My tip for the next session is: take an action in a neutral way, SEE WHAT EMOTIONS this action or lack of it’s effect causes in you, connect with this emotion, EXPRESS IT WITHOUT LIMITS THROUGH YOUR BODY like an actor in the theatre so all kids would know what emotion it was, when you feel that emotion was released and when you feel the calmness and like MORE SPACE appearing in your body – take two breaths, come back to the same action (but maybe realized differently – follow the feel of the body) and SEE THE EFFECTS ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ you are doing great, Petra!
