Dear Anna Marciniak

This time I played with George. I was waiting for the No’s to come but not much happened in that regard as you will see in the video. We had a nice time together.😍

It really works as you suggest to look at him, waiting for the energy to build and then act on it. Do you feel I could try a little higher energy with him e.g. trott and canter?

I am looking forward to your comments. PS: I am slightly limping as I have a little injury to the sole on my right foot. Nothing serious.

Anna Marciniak Petra Webstein beautiful video 🙂 I am sorry to hear about your injury! I hope everything is OK by now ❤️😘 I believe that you can try more energy with George but only unless your feet is fine, if not some tensions will be present in your body and I am not sure how he shall respond to that. It’s great that no NO clear/strong appeared during the session 🙂 this means that your bond via BF is already growing strong! 😀 however, please try to think about something that he normally says no to, or you expect (feel in your body) that if you approached this situation together now he could say no at some point. We don’t of course think in terms of putting him in any discomfort or difficult position, we just try to find resistances coming from different situations that we wish to detect, and then to link to the particular tensions in your body AT THE SAME TIME teaching you that you do not have to have these tensions, but instead you can go with the flow and shape the situation at any moment from what is being displayed to you. This experience also shows that by the mare act of relaxed observing and understanding the situation (and by thanking for saying no, you open up to understand the situation) it can be changed

Petra Webstein Hello Anna Marciniak, yes, I understand. I notice often before I approach something (not even have to do with the horses) that I have a tension (or opinion) on how it might go. I will try to expose myself more to this, not try to avoid and work around it and I am sure George is more than happy to accomodate.
