Hello Anna Marciniak

Beautiful photos of you and your horses on the beach <3

I mentioned to you before that I do Rosie’s feet. She came to me with very crooked feet and the farriers have walked away from her. I have never given up on her and right now it feels I am having a possible breaking through moment with her.
I was feeling into her feet last night and felt very clearly that her little feet (the inner foot) is sitting in a hoof capsule that is way to small for her to be comfortable, much like if one has a size 10 foot but squeezes into a size 8 shoe.
How to help her, how to release or better said find expansion for her feet.

So today I felt drawn to spend time with her and her feet, sensing into what wanted to happen. I have taken some steps before already but today I felt confident to dive deeper. I was able to release the foot a lot more from the sole level, I found more access to define the frog better, to find the true bars and seat of the corn. Finally I discovered a new foot underneath the “old” foot and was courageous enough to follow the feel.

Rosie was licking and chewing during the process and she started to lift her legs for me before I even asked for them. She also let me have them much longer than usual so that gave me a much better chance to really look at things.

I then took photos so that I could compare the progress and I am very pleased to say that we are making progress.

What has this to do with me? Last night when I sat to feel into Rosie’s hooves, I noticed that something within me is also looking for expansion. My “capsule” felt too tight as well.

We are both growing, expanding. After I have spent the time with Rosie, it did not feel like doing more with the horses and the exercises but I felt it might be nice to talk to you about Rosie’s hooves.

Now I am signing off as I am very tired and am looking forward to do some Body Marc before sleep.

Cheers from Down Under, wishes for a beautiful day

Here are some photos of our work in progress:

Petra Webstein Hello Anna Marciniak, have I done something wrong? I have not heard from you in 2 days??? Or have I missed something?

Anna Marciniak Hello Petra Webstein ♥️ everything is OK, just yesterday I had an unexpected day off. But because of the time difference it feels like two days

Anna Marciniak Thank you for sharing the complication of the photographs. I can see that you have been through a lot together, and that with dedication and heart you are doing your best you can to support Rosie. If you wish, Petra Webstein, my trimmer from Poland, Tomek Swiatek, who is an expert in treating laminitis and taking horses out from “incurable” hoof conditions does online consultations for my students. You can send to him photos of your horse’s feet and he in detail provides guidance and marks on the photos what to do. He has been consulting this way many difficult cases of my students’ horses and all are fine now. You can see his profile here: https://www.facebook.com/kopytologia/ – this would be my tip from the practical side (as I can see that the sides of the hoof can be still more taken down to level the bulbs of the frog – the heels – more with the ground, as their contact with the ground is essential for the hoof to expand and work properly, now they are more or less suspended when the hoof touches the ground but I see that you are aware of that and they are coming more and more down with each trimming, to my experience and my eyes you can lower them even more but in the difficult cases it’s always worth to consult the exact case with an expert). From the YOUR side, taking Rosie and her condition aside, laminitis always reflects our relation with eating and food, we are there on this path, working on it, so you cannot do anything more. Everything already is done, the balls have been pushed and are moving in right direction… now the time simply needs…some time ❤️ you can support this process doing BodyMarc, releasing tensions from your food and eating habits with the BodyMarc DIET and by accelerating all these processes with our BreakingFree exercises. To what I feel you are on the right path. Now, its important that you do not try to quicken it (it would be a tension), but you start to enjoy the process and SEE how much you can learn, and experience during it for yourself and all the horses you may ever have in the future.

Petra Webstein Thank you Anna Marciniak, your remarks are very interesting as I always thought that Rosie’s feet have something to do with my “standing on my own feet” and walking the path of life. However through the process I have started with you I discovered that I do hold a lot of tension in my stomach area and that I am tending to hold everything back that feels uncomfortable in particular when it comes to setting my boundaries and creating a space for myself. I have tendency not to speak up but digest it through my stomach and intestines and then walk away. So this of course does not give me the natural strength to walk in life, so to speak. Or creates tensions.
I went to the Facebook page of your farrier and also the website. It is mostly in Polish. I am assuming that he speaks English or German for that matter.
I know that these sidewalls have to come down and the laminar wedge to grow out. As I am sitting here writing to you I can feel my gut convulsing and my teeth clenching. So there we go! 💁‍♀️

Anna Marciniak Yes Tomek speaks English, just send him a message via messenger if you feel like. If not still I am sure you will and can make it alone ♥️ it’s just sometimes consulting takes things in the right direction sooner

Petra Webstein Thank you Anna Marciniak for your confidence in me. I am currently in a trimming group that is lead by a lady who has done thousands of dissections since 10 years and is passionate about following her own path. Which certainly does not mean I had to stick to her solely of course. I also like to know / learn / feel what I am doing in order to grow, so I am taking it slowly I guess. It is great to know that Tomek is there, I am sure I will call on him whenever it feels like it. <3 By the way Anna Marciniak, I speak Swiss German in the movies sometimes, I always found that the horse often find it more authentic maybe because it is my mother tongue.

Anna Marciniak Petra Webstein yes I agree 🙂 I have student from Switzerland and when she came to visit she spoke Swiss German and to my surprise I understood so much of what she was saying too ♥️

Petra Webstein awesome!
